1) To give us time to prepare your order, please allow maximum 2 days for ready-made cards and maximum 7 days to custom-made cards before dispatching it to Pos Malaysia for delivery.
2) Delivery by standard mail (Pos Malaysia) will usually take 2-3 working days while by Pos Express, delivery will take within 24 hours of working days.
3) Delivery through standard mail is FREE to any parts of Malaysia. Pos Express service would require additional charge of RM3* (subjected to the pricing set by POS Malaysia)
4) Payment should only be made after your order is confirmed by us via email/sms/call in which we would provide the payment details.
5) Once confirmed, please make your payment within the 48 hours upon receiving the confirmation email. The order would only be successfully placed once the payment has been successfully made.
6) Please take a screen shot of the bank payment as proof of payment and email it to us. Don't forget to include your name too.
7) For custom-made orders, we will be contacting you via email to discuss on the card design.
8) All personal information will be kept confidential.
